Jocelyn Kung
Founder and CEO
Jocelyn has worked with executives from Silicon Valley’s leading tech companies - helping them identify blockers in their own personalities and working styles so that they may overcome their weaknesses, develop their strengths, and build enduring, thriving organizations. Her unique approach eliminates obstacles in systems performing at less than peak – restoring the health of business cultures for lasting growth. Jocelyn’s style, focus and ability to uncover talent in leaders have consistently transformed clients.
Jocelyn has consulted for industry giants including Apple, Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper Networks, and LexisNexis, as well as a host of start-ups and mid-growth Silicon Valley companies. She has served venture capital firms, family offices of high net worth individuals, non-profit organizations, and academic institutions like Stanford University. Prior to founding The Kung Group, Jocelyn held executive positions as VP of HR in mid-sized companies. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from University of San Francisco and a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
Rahul Deedwania
Head of Client Services
Rahul is a consultant, facilitator, and coach with The Kung Group. He partners with teams to develop greater trust, alignment, and clarity in order to work together more effectively towards their shared mission. He also works with established and emerging leaders to develop greater self-awareness, recognize and overcome obstacles, and move into confident action. His approach is built on challenging teams and leaders to tap into their inner resourcefulness and seek transformation in service to both their individual growth and their larger objectives.
Rahul is a certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). Prior to working with The Kung Group, he founded and sold BreakoutIQ - a team building business, was a Strategist at YouTube, and a management consultant at the Monitor Group working across pharma, high-tech manufacturing, and microfinance. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, a B.A. in Economics, and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Technology from the University of California, Berkeley.
Kelsey Kung Laubscher
Head of OperationsKelsey joined The Kung Group in 2019 with the goal of supplementing Jocelyn’s high-touch advisory approach with tools and services that scale across an organization. Together, Kelsey and Jocelyn developed the TKG Elements® tool for building self-awareness and connection with others. She now oversees Product and Operations.
Prior to The Kung Group, Kelsey successfully launched and grew a new division for a leading fashion company before entering the tech space as a Product Manager and Product Development Consultant for startups and SMBs. She holds a B.A. in English from Loyola Marymount University.
